Lawrence Kramer is the Managing Partner and Founder of incentis group and a former partner and practice leader with the incentives and credits practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Larry has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating economic incentive packages throughout the nation. He has secured millions of dollars of benefits for his clients in a variety of industries.

Larry also has extensive experience in economic development having worked for the New Jersey Department of Commerce and having served as executive director of two regional Ohio economic development corporations. Larry also served as an advisor to the Ohio House and Senate in drafting new legislation for the Ohio Enterprise Zone program.
